Description
One of Pilotis Group's most challenging projects was the construction management for the Uniqlo store in Milan, the first and – up to know – only store of the Japanese group in Italy. Together with F&M Retail GmbH, we actively collaborated to the construction works, managing time schedule, cost planning and cost controlling, and coordinating the construction site activities.
